Our 5&1/2 week old Buff Laced, Binks, has become the cuddliest little bug! Every time I go out to check on the girls in their run, she's always sure to jump up on me for some pets & hunkers down on my arm or lap. She really likes to be pet all over, not just behind her head like some of the others. When I'm loving on one of her flockmates, she often finds a way to wiggle in on that action. It's pretty hilarious how indignant they can get sometimes with Binks crowding in on their Mama time!

I know it's hard for me to get pictures cuz every time I go check on the kids they rush me! I can hear them saying me first me first lol especially Beckham 12 week roo a tolbunt gold lace cross he's a major hog

My little SLP of only two weeks is already the smartest and sweetest of the 6 I have. When I put my hand in the brooder box, and say "Here chick chick", she comes running and jumps in my hand. The others gathers around her at a safe distance. I hope so stays that friendly. She was the first to try everything and figure out the chicken nipples!

i love the look of polish chickens but when i try to hatch them i get 2 days away from hatching thay all die,can anyone tell me why? this is?

check out polish breeder club website under genetics it's kinda intense but it kinda explains colors and how to get what . The coolest think I read was about how if u breed a white roo with a black hen u can get a ton of colors because if the roo isn't a true white they will hide colors since males contribute color. I recently hatched eggs online and I have two white smooth Frizzled males that I'm dieing to breed to my black frizzle hen since I have know idea what the parents looked like it should be interesting. To see if they are true whites or not. But they also have info on washing out gold and stuff .
OOOhhhh I want to put porcelain into polish. I'm gonna start with a Porcelain D'uccle Roo and White Crested Black/Blue/Splash Hens. I know it will take years and they will be bantam but I want to do something new. I researched on kippenjungle's color calculator and the polish I picked have the highest chance of throwing porcelain 1/32. I can hatch and house that easily, and a few times a year.
