Beautiful babies!!! I've always wanted a buff laced hen! Unfortunately my only buff laced turned out to be a very mean rooster

My crele trio all have orange eyes, but my roo has little brown highlights (See avatar) I love chicken eyes, lol!

Mine has bright yellow eyes with orange lines running around. I may need to try and get a picture of his eyes, its hard to describe what they look like.

How old is he? A lot of chicks have yellow eyes that turn orange as they mature

He is around 4 months.

Not the best body shot, and don't think it helps regardless..lol..
I'm worried about this one's eyes too..of course I want to breed to the SOP, and it says reddish bay I believe for a Tolbunts eyes (not sure if that is the same for all Polish or not) but his definitely started out as a blueish grey, they're now the color in the first pic I posted..really hoping they darken up more, but still don't see them getting any 'reddish' any thing to them

Oh, is it Powder Puff? Just realized who you are! I'd say his eyes will probably turn orange as he gets older, some are really slow to turn. If not, that's really cool and unusual!

Here's my 2 babies..fingers and toes crossed and tripled crossed that if the older is a roo, these 2 are hens...

Ignore the black chick in the foreground. .that's one of my EE chicks that is a camera hog

x2, hair says roo but should have at least a little red if it is a roo...I dunno. I had a chick I was SURE was a roo. Red wattles, spiky hair, the whole nine yards...even crowing. At ten moths old, he layed an egg. Chickens keep us guessing!

I would not be disappointed if he was just a manly hen...lol..that is if one of the babies are a roo..I'd be ecstatic if I ended up with a trio..I did manage a trio when I picked out my day old Gold Laced chicks, but my luck and chances of that happening twice are slim to none..lol
