Poppet is handsome, those little red things on his face, pippy has that too. Do Hens get small ones and Rooster get bigger red parts?

Thanks, he was my most favourite bird. Are Pippy's wattles getting red? I could not see them in the pics you posted? Some females do start to grow wattles pretty early. It all depends on the individual bird.

Couple day old chick in February. So going on 9 months period no egg as of yet I think the water looks better in the picture than it actually is

The crest looks female to me so I'm guessing she is a white crested black but with not a lot of white in the crest. I have a couple of these and they have the biggest wattles of all my females ~
