maybe you guys can help out.there is someone who really needs to find new homes for 2 pairs of blue/black bantams.they have them posted in the 8 wk or older section.they are in cali but ship.was given the birds but can't keep them.i am guessing pet quality but if they don't go before new years then the will be ..culled.

I'm interested in a couple (maybe all depending on if their hens or not). I wanted to ask someone if they would be okay to put in with standard size chickens? I have a variety as seen in my signature line. Do you think they'd do okay or get picked on because of their top feathers?

What I want to know is at what age Polish pullets begin to lay. I have six that hatched in March and have yet to get an egg from any of them.

I know this thread is a bit old, but I'm wondering what you guys are crossing the Polish with to get frizzled Polish. Frizzled COCHINS? Does anyone sell hatching eggs or day old Polish FRIZZLES? Thanks!

No, Cochins were not used to make frizzled Polish. Frizzle is not restricted to Cochins, either. It can pop up in breeds.

I have frizzled bantams in silver and gold laced, chocolate, kahki,blue,black, splashed and tolbunt standards.

I also have WC frizzles, buff laced frizzles, and Tolbunt frizzles. I sell eggs for all of them except the Tolbunts.
