It was a long thread on Facebook an in was very sad. But that one line, saying that the 3 rights granted by god that is in the preamble are the only rights an everything in the "bill of rights" that use the word "right" in the are just privileges just gets me. She late said she had an IQ of 168...

I believe that you mis interpret what the author was saying, and she is not far off at all. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are God given rights and can not be changed or taken away. The Bill of Rights are a grant from the government and can, with certain procedures, be modified, amended, subject to interpretation and, in fact, eliminated. God given and man granted are two very different things and carry different weight so, in a very real sense, the rights granted by man or government are just that, privileges.
