I eat the veggie toppings first, then meat toppings, then pieces of the cheese/crust. Sometimes if the cheese is very thick I eat that, then finally the crust.

I don't use a fork- I just also fold it in half... maybe I should change my vote to "other".

Besides, the middle is the best part. Why would I want to eat the crust last? Best to eat it first so I can savor the rest.
