poll: are you legal or an outlaw?

Newly legal for my city, technically not in my neighborhood, but accepted and approved so far.

New permit here, so we are legal! Chicks were illegal from their prior owner we found out, so we had a bit more of a fight for our permit, plus they are apartment chickens who think that the grass outside is horrible, awful stuff that they can't touch. So we had to go back and forth over who we needed to work with. In the end, we got our permit, even if they think it's silly we are getting a permit for pet inside chickens.

I'm a bad mother clucker, but only by one. I have 6 by accident.

When Bear went missing we got a replacement and BAM! Bear returned.

We're only allowed 5 hens and no roos. But we also have 3 indoor cats.
I don't see why I should advise I have 3 cats when I am lucky if the third leaves his bed for anything else by poop and wees.

In October, we're looking at getting 2 more hens to have a staggered flock.
