Here's my process. It works well for me.
1) put water on to boil with about 4 tbsp. of ACV (don't add eggs yet)
2) I put my eggs in the sink cover with hot tap water. I only do this because I think it helps prevent the cold eggs from cracking when placed in the boiling water, but it may do nothing. Who knows
3) Once water comes to a boil add your eggs
4) once water returns to a boil, cook for whatever length of time you like your eggs.
5)Once done immediately transfer to a sink of cold water to rapid cool.
6) I crack them then roll them on the counter to crack the shell into smaller fractures
7) then they peel easily for me.
