Scrambled eggs are yummy. And an egg sandwich is even better.

Scrambled eggs I make with butter and I like them just a hair runny.

An egg sandwich is just bread, mayo, cheese, and egg (either or scrambled). If I have tomato on hand then I’ll add it. But I’m not fancy with my sandwiches.

But I am all for trying out new recipes.

I like scrambled. I like omelets. My "other" is to make fried rice. Or use fried potatoes instead of rice.

I love to make Korean Egg Toast. I have been non stop eating that unless I ran out of my special bread. lol

I think omelette is so good. I rarely eat hard boiled eggs on it own. I’ll boil some if I need them for Korean dish, or I want to make egg salad.
