Poll: How do you like your POTATOES?

My gramma used to make something like a pancake out of leftover mashed potatoes. I don't have the recipe but they were so good Anyone ever had/tried this?! Share a recipe if so!!

(Obligatory I love almost all forms of potatoes, but my absolute favorite is cooked in with a beef roast in a crockpot for hours. Oh. My. Gosh. So good.)

Any left over mashed (real mashed) Mom would make potato pancakes with dinner the next day. Sister actually put syrup on them. Goofy Girl.

I like potatoes most any old way. Not a fan of instant mashed though.

And I'm a little picky about potato salad. I think I could eat nothing but my mother in law's potato salad for the rest of my life and never get tired of it, but I've definitely had potato salad I didn't care for.

And I'll eat French fries, but I think I like the idea of fries more than I actually like French fries. There's  one restaurant that makes fries I love, but for the most part I lose all interest in fries once they're not hot enough to nearly burn my mouth as I'm eating them.

I don’t know how you could leave out fried potatoes! Home fries. I am the number one fan of potatoes.
