I like boiled eggs. I like the whole thing - with salt. I also like the yolk mixed with mayo and other stuff and then stuffed back into the white.
I even eat homemade egg salad. I would eat a pickled egg - but dill only. No beet juice.

I love hard boiled eggs. I have a dozen in the fridge now, they make a great after workout snack when I don't feel like whipping up a protein shake. I love eggs period. My favorite way to cook them though is sunny side up. I love the runny yolk. Want a treat? Make yourself a BELT. A BLT with egg
