I see problems with all of those.. if I had to have one I’d go with C, because butter is pure heaven. It’s definitely not how I would cook my green beans though.

Finished product is Clogged arteries.

I save clean bacon grease in a jar by the stove. A drop or two in my cooking goes a long way. I'll use a couple drops and the rest olive oil to fry or scramble eggs. Low heat.
My "scrambled" come out more like an omlet for egg sandwiches.
