I always carry my small backpack with me to keep my wallet and auvi q in. I've always had to wear a purse or small fanny pack () since I was little for epipens.

I always carry two with me incase I have an allergic reaction. Thankfully I haven't had to use them much. It's an epinephrine injection that treats severe reactions, such as peanut allergy reactions. What I like about these is that it has a speaker and talks you through the whole process, which would make it easy for someone to use if I weren't able to do it myself.

EpiPens are basically the same thing.
