Apparently it’s actually better to wean off of it and do it slowly cause it reduces or eliminates the withdrawal symptoms so I’m gonna try that! It says to reduce the amount and/or use decaf insteadLook it up first just to make sure! I'd hate to accidentally make things worse.
It’s only 10:30 here
So adorable!!!
It did for me. I used to drink a pot a day. Started making it half decaf, then three-quarters. When I went to full decaf, I realized I was drinking way less and then that I was wasting most of it. Have been caffeine free for about 8 years now. Good luck to you! (I now drink something called Pero, a barley-based hot drink. It's delicious.)Does tapering work for caffeine reliance? In general I don't like going cold turkey on anything, or any habit, unless it's truly desperate. Myself, I don't jive well with sudden lifestyle changes; they never last. Every time I've made true changes to my life it's been a process. So, I'd personally look into that for the caffeine as well.![]()

Why not poke the yolk with a fork, flip it over when the white is set and cook it to set the yolk "hard" if you don't like a runny yolk?I was paying attention! They’re not burnt! The oil was just hot haha and actually, they were practically raw compared to my usual eggsusually they were completely brown/solid and crunchy. These were still floppy and wet. Which I actually hated

the other side was white still lol
Yes, it's a very rare condition. Strangely though, the year my brother was born, the hospital he was in had 6 cases. I don't know how those babies ended up though. I know my brother was actually lucky, because in some babies, there is no way to fix it.You’re the first person I’ve “met” who has known someone else. (Isn’t the stat something like 1/5000 births?)
I hope your brother is doing well
Pretty birds!
