I didn't check your "where in the world are you?" but you sound like you might be from above the Mason Dixon Line, or of that lineage, lol! It's rare to meet a northerner who has proper appreciation for Duke's.

I put Mayo on my subs and sandwiches and stuff and depending on the sandwich, sometimes other sauces with it too. Usually more sauce than sandwich, I admit.

I also put Mayo in tuna. I actually really like spicy mayo aka adding hot sauce to it.

Spicy tuna is delicious hahah I also use it on egg sandwiches and fried eggs and even grilled cheese. Grilled cheese and spicy Mayo is the best thing ever. I discovered this recently. I like it better than with tomato soup. but it has to be the gooey melty Kraft singles or Borden’s type cheese.

I also love mayo and ketchup on burgers. Regular mayo though. Haven’t tried spicy mayo on that yet.

Primal Kitchen makes a Chipotle Lime mayo that is great and I used to love but now it’s way too spicy for me.

I prefer my hot sauce mayo now. It has to be fluffy mayo though like Hellman’s. The super wet stuff like Cains would be no good with it. Texas Pete is great in it.

Gramps... I'm pretty sure she spoons it straight out of the jar into her mouth.
