Yeah Emma’s post below is what I was referring to hahah the nasty picture.I guess I missed the in tuna part.
I prefer tuna salad made with MIRICLE WHIP finely chopped celery and onion and boiled egg.
But.
I don't make it a lot..I try to cut out a lot of the extra stuff that adds calories.
I sometimes just eat tuna and pickles beside a romance lettuce salad with shredded carrots some mozzarella cheese and raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Yummy!
How!? Tuna makes me so full lol then again it’s usually 1 1/2 to 2 cans and tons of mayo and on bread and sometimes with cheese and sometimes relish or craisins in it.Because just a can of tuna does not make me feel full and satisfied. Adding other veggies is low calorie gives it that extra filling. It's better to do that then be hungry all afternoon and end up snacking.
