Got screwed over 3 times to get a permit no one wanted to take me driving, now why bother im basically blind now and cant drive now anyways.

When did you start practice driving a car by yourself?

My best friend and I took her sister's VW Bug for a drive when we were 13 or 14.

I did learn to ride a bike when I was 5. Where I live a bike is perfect to go to school , move around in town and nearby villages, and do things with friends.

Btw, I did learn to ride a car with clutches. Had cars with cluthes all my life until we bought an electric car 2 years ago.

I ride a bike more often than going by car. For shoppings (5 minutes) , to go to work (10 minutes). And last year I crossed the river with my bike to buy fertilised eggs from someone with bantam RIR chickens.

The car is for longer distances or to carry loads.

The funny thing is even if i'm hauling a$$ in the big I never get stopped. People assume they're just slow and don't even consider you can hop them up and make them fly. 90 in the bug? no problem! 78 in a 65 in the wife's Sorento? Cherries and berries and a lecture.

I haven't been pulled over either. I don't drive fast because it screws up my gas mileage.

16. Legal age to get a learners here, and my parents, being both staunch upholders of all laws and suburban folks through and through, never took me driving on dirt roads before then. Perish the thought!
