Well ive tried both i had 4 hatch with a dry and 13 hatch with normal so for now im going with normal !
 
Similar to Rare Feathers Farm, I incubate at 40-45% and raise to 65-70% the last 3 days. My hatchouts percentages are excellent.

Honestly the best way to get good rates with shipped eggs is a good broody hen !
 
I usually hatch at 50-55% on the first 18 days 65-70% until hatch.
I tried a drier hatch last time 45-50% and had quite a few chicks pip at the wrong end of the egg.
The eggs were from the same stock that I hatched at the higher humidity with no problems.
I want to add also that we live at 2500+feet.

I will definitely try hatching shipping eggs when my hens are broody!! I will compare my hatch rates! Sounds like a good science project
