Great horse-photo!

Nice flowers you bought for your chickens. But I wouldn't feed my chickens such flowering plants unless they are organic. Are you sure the violins and other flowers are poison free? I suspect chickens can get sick from an overdose of herbicides and pesticides.

thank you!

i guess i can't be sure about the organicness of them, but they don't seem to eat them anyway. they just scratch them out or pick off pieces and leave them on the ground 🤷🏻‍♀️
i have some flowers seeds i plan to grow myself this year but way too early for them yet.

Mine eat yoghurt (looks like paint) whenever the carton is almost empty. 😄
i don't know if she'd eat wet paint, but anything painted outside, if it wasn't peeling, it is now. she'll peck until it peels! i have screwed bits of the plastic roofing over the bottom of our shed door and wrapped the bottom of the gate in their run with cling film and duct tape (it looks super pretty 😜) i just bought this "peel stop" paint to try when the weather dries up a bit. i hope it helps!
she needs an intervention.

she does like yogurt too! maybe even more than paint? hard to tell 😂

I wish mine would just stick to eating things like paint or styrofoam, instead of plonking their backsides down next to my daffodils (which are poisonous) and carefully pecking the leaves off one beakful at a time and then spitting them out :barnie
