Polls open to all users in the "What Breed or Gender is This?" section

I've been thinking... since GFM usually (USUALLY) are more experienced chicken owners and usually (USUALLY) don't need to ask (or at least not often) the breed or gender of their bird, and newer members who usually (USUALLY!) don't have GFM do, maybe it would be a good idea to allow ALL members to post polls JUST in the "What Breed of Gender is This?" section? Like how you can only post auctions in the BST section. Just a suggestion that may help some people out.

Good idea. Not that I have any birds that need identifying but it could help some of the members a lot.
