Poly Vi Sol alternatives for baby chicks?

Hello
Need to know if there are any alternatives to using Poly Vi Sol for a baby chick that we suspect has wry neck. Have gone to several stores including pharmacys in my area and can't find poly vi sol without iron... Any help on alternative vitamins would be greatly appreciated.

I do have Duravet Vitamins and Electrolytes for poultry on hand... Is it ok to give this to my baby chick? Will it work the same as poly vi tol?
