Pond Guy Filter?

Has anyone use a Pond Guy Bio and UV filter combo with the pressurized pump for their duck pond? Particularly the AllClear G2 4500 Pump Combo or even any of the bio/UV filter models?

UV won't do much good unless you get all the solids out of the water column.

I bought a Biosmart 5000, open box for $199 which is about $50 off of a new one. Not installed yet, so I don't know how it works. The reason I bought this one was because it can handle more GPH and I bought a pretty big pump.
Edited to correct the dollar amount. I said $100 but I meant $199.
