poo attached to chicks butts??????

I was just wondering, what causes pasty butt? I have had chicks almost every year, and only one batch had it.

I find it is usually travel or stress that causes this. But after they can have some time to relax and calm down from stress, it should go away.

My chicks are fine now after I. Wiped there butts with hot water, thanks for all the help, I will tell youguys if I run into anymore problems, thanks again
