My chicken got sick over a month ago and was put on antibiotics ever since then her butt has been really pooey I have tried to bathe her but she hates it so I have trimmed back some of the feathers but she is molting too so I don't want to hurt her too much. Should I be worried or just leave it and let her get the feathers out

First impression is that it looks like gleet (yeast infection). Over the counter medication in the women's section of the pharmacy is often recommended for gleet, generic name is miconazole (aka Monistat).

I found an article online about vent gleet in chickens that you might find helpful: http://www.infobarrel.com/Vent_Gleet
I do not recommend apple cider vinegar in the water though, it helps to reduce growth in the water, but tastes like sin, discouraging your birds from drinking it.

Hi I have thought that too , I actually have put the ACV in their water a couple days ago. But I will try that
