Poo patrol, I need your help

I have a hen that I. Noticed isolating herself yesterday after the flock had been free ranging all afternoon. I noticed a couple of odd poops so I isolated her last night to see if it was her. Confirmed. Picture that is mostly grey and white is what she dropped over night and the second loose pic is shortlybafter I let her out of the hospital this morning. Both look abnormal to me.

Hi,

Do you have a vet you could take a poop sample to for fecal float testing?

That first poop alone, I'd have thought was just a cecal poop, but both in the same day wouldn't be that, and perhaps could be she's got worms.

She is about 2 years old. I started her on fenbendazole and toltrazuril yesterday. Fenbendazole is on water and toltrazuril was fed directly. She got her second dose tonight. We do have a vet that has seen several of our chickens and had necropsy done on several. It is a 40 minute drive away and not in a direction we normally drive. She is isolated so I can see how her droppings look in the morning. I just checked on her and the droppings are different this evening. Watery and white.
