In my last batch I had one egg that had poo on it. It was not much I scraped off what I could, but that chick didn't make it out of the eggs that did. Poo is not good, especially if there is a lot, and you should not wash with water, just scrape it off if you can. Do you really need those eggs?
X2In the last bunch I set there were 3 eggs that were "unclean." All hatched just fine. I say leave it be. Trying to clean it off will, most likely, do more harm than good. Mama hen knows what she's doing.
