The fan might introduce a draft. If they're not running from the light, it might be ok.... as long as they can get away. Do the plain water anyway.

I put the plain water in there we will see what happens

I do have 2 ,100 watt lights on them... And yes electrolytes i mix with gallon of water ...

You are over heating them.

Stick a thermometer under the light, 92 plus the lights and the light that close they have to be cooking! Our garage was 50 degrees and we had 1 lamp hung about 5 ft above and it was all most 100 under the lamp.
