Looks good. PDZs are possibly the greatest thing since sliced bread! You may have to move the gals around for the first few nights. Mine would all pile up on one end of the board. After moving them a few times they now spread out and utilize the entire roost.

Yes. I had to move them last night. They all wanted to sit in the same spot. They really don't like me moving them, but they stayed where I put them.
