Poop bottom

So I have 4 chickens they are 9 months old . I have this one chicken she is a Delaware she has a poopy bottom. What should I do ??

Wash her off.
It's always good to check for lice/mites too.

What do you feed, including treats?

She may just be extra fluffy and poop is not clearing the fluff. Sometimes giving a little trim is necessary as well.

It’s so cold outside for her to be wet ..
I don’t give them much times eggs mealworms lettuce that’s really it .
