This is pretty much what I do as well. Gathered, washed, and refrigerated every day. This "bloom" thing is way overated in my opinion.

x 3.... Some need no washin' but most do....and while I think the bloom is important for hatching eggs, I think so long as you are eating the washed eggs within a few weeks, you're good
