I have 5 5-6 day old chicks. I added a few from another person. I've never experienced coccidiosis so I don't know if this poop from one of the new chicks is concerning or not. I do not have them on medicated feed as I am not one for treating stuff that isn't there. Should I be concerned? I only have one brooder so I can't separate the 4 new ones. They seem a little young for coccidiosis but that is blood. I would probably go ahead and start some Corid. Dosage is 2 tsp of the Corid liquid, or 1.5 tsp of the powder per gallon of water for 5 days. It is harmless to them if they don’t have coccidiosis.

The new ones are 7 to probably 12ish days old. There is also now a foamy poop.
