Poop question: 5 week FBCM chick

my 5 week old BCM’s poop has been consistently runny. This is a picture of another bird’s Poop because I didn’t have a chance to take a pic of this particular bird’s droppings. Her poop is runnier but the same color and does have white in there. I don’t think it is a cecal poop because she consistently has droppings like this. Do you think it’s E. Coli? I just put some probiotics in their water. It’s been like this for over a week at least, but it seems all the other bird’s are okay. Also, I’ve been giving them mealworms about every other day. They do have access to chick grit as well. They’re on medicated chick starter. Any ideas? Also, do you think she’s a cockerel or a pullet? I know it’s early, but I am anxious to find out
