Poop stuck/frozen to hen - swollen abdomen - floppy comb

My Rhode Island Red this morning was a bit stand offish, noticed she had poop stuck to her and some of it had frozen to her (so must of been liquid-y). Looked slightly yellow too. I gave her epsom salt bath, noticed her abdomen is a swollen. Her comb is floppy, the only other real change/thing I can observe. Her walking/standing seems normal. Ive mixed in scratch grains to their layer feed with the cold temps - wondering if thats upset her digestion, or if this is something more serious. Thoughts?

Don't mix scratch into their feed and in fact cut back on it, it won't help them stay warm.
Has she been wormed? How old is she?
