I have two week old chicks in the brooder. One of them is so much smaller than the others. I noticed dried poop stuck to both feet. I pulled it off and her foot was raw and tender under it. I think her skin came off with the poop. I feel terrible. Her hatch mates are all fine. Nobody else has this.

Hello Oh no that does not sound good. Put on antibiotic ointment and keep the poops cleaned out. Chickens are so resilient. So i think your chicken will heal.

Update, this chick never grew normally. She is 1/4 the size of her sibings and her feathers are ratty looking like she is not absorbing nutrients. When she was 6 weeks old I hatched a couple chicks to keep her company and now they are 8 weeks and they are bigger then her at 16 weeks.
I thought I caused it until i re- read this post. She was a runt to begin with.
We changed her name to little darling because my husband thinks she is his parakeet. He adores his indoor little darling.

Any thoughts on why the no growth? Pictures coming soon

You could try giving her probiotics. If you make kefir you can give them kefir, or the whey as a water substitute or 1/2 water, 1/2 whey. It won't hurt any of them and may help the Little Darling.
