Are they still pooping like this?

Haven't seen any. Just this afternoon I will check the poop boards when I get home. If they still are watery then what. How concerned should I be about coccidiosis? They get medicated food.

We have a tractor supply by us. If I'm seeing these poops tonight should I start them on it tomorrow? If so what's the dosing? TS carries a 20% powder

Poop check tonight solid. If they had coccidiosis they would have mucous type stool all the time correct.

I would not treat a bird with the only sign being a few funky poops.

Especially if they are already on medicated feed, which I assume means it has amprolium in it(check the label to be sure).
