Clearly she is mad at you, likely you had it coming in her eyes... I would have a talk with the whole group, let them know there is no I in team and to work it out amongst themselves or you will start having chicken dinners once a week until it stops. A cookbook with pictures will help.

Have you noticed anyone roost on the edge of the boxes at night? Chickens poop while they sleep so this might help. If they are, just move them where you want them to sleep and they'll eventually get the message.
