I can't see the roosts ('perches') in the pic.
Do you have enough roost length for the number of birds you have?
Adding the ducks could be a problem.

And are the roosts higher than the nests ?

They are.

I added a second perch to the side that only had 1.
I already had 1 duck. They both get along with the chickens great.

Roost may be too high and/or too small.
Also the length of corner roosts are not fully usable, ends are too close to walls.
How many chickens?

Oh Ok! I have a Bantam rooster, a Maran rooster, a Bantam hen and 4 standard sized hens.
