Pooping while laying?

I didn't think chickens usually poo'd in the next boxes. I went out to check the box after I heard the egg song and the new egg was covered in fresh poo. Yuck. Is this going to be an issue?

my BSL has laid 3 eggs so far, and the last two have had this problem! What to do???
