poopy behind

One of my chickens has a really dirty rear end, I'm assuming it's from poop. What causes this?

It's a grown hen. Her whole back side is really filthy.

One of our hens has this problem, the poop sticks to her feathers and every once in a while we will have to bath her / trim her feathers back to try and prevent it from happening
