Poopy butt and wheezing chick

I got my little chicks about a week ago. I have one little chick that was making a lot of noise and when I picked her up she had a very poopy butt. I cleaned it off and soaked her butt in warm water and made sure she was all clean. I have her sitting next to me now actually tucked up under my chin and I hear her wheezing and peeping almost like she's whimpering. What can I do for her? Is she going to be okay?

I'm not really sure. She's been with all the others and I just discovered this. I may have to separate her tomorrow to see.

She eventually quieted down. But got real noisy and then pooped on me. So at least I know now she can poop!
