poopy butt, how do I clean it?

Little chick--10 days or less has a clump of dried poop. What's the least painful method of getting that off? The others don't seem to have it... Thanks.

I used warm water a q-tip and wash cloth wet the q-tip and start rubbing it will get wet and start to come off if you check them often you can spot it and clean it before it gets to dried on

I use a warm wet wash cloth and wipe it off. I did have one that had it stuck pretty good so I took some sissors and carefully cut it away. Now you can't tell who I clipped.
