poopy butt

My brand new 1 day old black australorp is pooping alot, and the poops have been staying on her fuzz. Will it dry up and fall off, or do I need to wipe her butt everytime she poops?

I would clean it a couple times not really normal .. I have 8 in my chick room now all clean back sides I hope shes ok
