Poor Abandoned Rooster

Hello I hope you can help. There is an abandoned Rooster at my local Publix here in Fort Lauderdale. I have 2 pictures of it but not sure how to share them. It makes me so sad every time I see it and no one does anything. Thank you.​

Hello and welcome to BYC! Glad you joined.

In order to catch him, he would need to be baited into a live trap or watched near dusk to see what tree he roosts in and then wait until after full dark (if there is such a thing at that Publix) to capture him then try to find him a home.
