Poor baby chick

I bought 10 RIR chicks yesterday. They are two days old now. One of them is sick. His butt looks wet and he had some blood in his poop. Not bloody poop just streaks of blood. He was standing by himself in a corner. So, I seperated him from the other chicks and gave them all Duramycin-10. He is drinking and cherping. None of the other chicks have any symptoms. Is there anything else I can do?

At that age and with blood in the poo my first thought is cocci. Get them on some Corid or Sulmet asap.
