I remember we had a Bank of America thread here a while back. Just when I thought I had heard it all....

HOW are they still in business? I've even heard jokes on Leno and Jon Stewart about how awful they are, it really seems they have such a bad reputation. I know I've had a bad experience with them, and almost everyone I know has too.
