I was wondering how you were going to manage this. Figured there would be a few good threads in this adventure.

Like everybody else, I think he is just too young. You can keep trying if you want to, but I'd suggest let him enjoy his adolsecence with his siblings. Why take away his high school years? When he does mature, which might be soon or it might be several months, lock him in the coop with the big girls for a week or so. Or a coop and run where he is isolated with them. Until he matures enough to dominate them, those big girls are going to be cruel to him. He is right to be terrified of them.
