I've had ducks loose a whole foot to frostbite and still get around ok.

thats what i was thinking too, the coop is actually well insulated, better than the garage. I have heat lamps as well but she doesnt roost she rather hang out on the ground.. Could i bring her in 15 minutes to soak her feet in espon salt water, dry them off and bring he back out? its -2°C today very nice out.IMPORTANT: If you warm her up in the house, she cannot go back in the cold until the frostbite has healed. Warming then re-freezing frostbite is not good. It might actually be better for her to stay out in the long run, unless you have a garage or barn or something that is better sheltered than the coop. You could spread straw for her to walk on so that her feet are off the snow and ice, it will help insulate her from the ground. I don't know that I'd let her in swimming water until it heals or it warms up outdoors significantly.
