My poor duck has very cracked feet because of the cold weve had last month. Ive ordered BagBalm but its only coming in about a month... ive used ongant twice now, it hasnt worsened but its not getting better and she looks so uncomfortable poor girl...
I can bring her in the house in the warmth till spring but that would mean shed be alone for over a month in my basement... i feel as if thats unfair also. Shes the only duck in my flock. next winter we are going all out insulating the roof of the coop and putting in a ceramic heater as only the walls are insulated.

I would start with a warm soak in an Epsom salt bath in the house for 20 minutes to loosen any crud that may be stuck to the foot, clean and rinse the foot, towel dry then take new pictures.

You can put vaseline on it to help it from getting worse. But there is really no treatment for it, the tissue is dead.

That looks more like frostbite. What do the footpads look like? Can you bring her inside in a dog crate to warm up and to be treated? The feet should be treated daily with a disinfectant such as iodine or chlorhexidene 2%. Do not rub or massage her feet.

The black tissue will eventually be rounded off. In chickens who get this, they may lose parts of toes or the foot.

I would just keep her comfortable and warm (try not to seclude her from the flock) try soaking her feet to get the nasty dirt/poop off but DON'T SCRUB HER FEET. Just let her feet soak in gently warm water (not hot) so that the dirt and poo doesn't get her feet infected. Good luck with the sweet'ems! :hugs
