Poor Hygiene

My white Delaware (named "Brandon"...) has a "rear" hygiene problem. It could just be attributed to her white bloomers.. I have 5 girls total (birth-genders) and they are all behaving normal. It's just Brandon that doesn't seem to clean herself too good. She's been this way for s few weeks; I'm deworming the flock just as a precaution. Thoughts?

It doesn't look like anything unusual to me. Just a normal poopy butt. Not sure what you mean by birth gender, though.
