Poor man's chickens have been poisoned. *video*

I still can't believe it. I've been on BYC forum for a few years now, and have read countless post about careless neighbors letting their dogs out, but I don't think I've ever heard of anything as blatantly cruel as someone feeding health animals poison just because they don't 'like' the animals owner. Just so sad.

I feel bad for the guy. I think it strange though that they are dying over an extended period of time. If they were poisoned on one particular night, I would have thought they would all die around the same time.

Who knows, I think probably the person mixing the poison into the food he scattered didn't mix it evenly, and the babies we the first to die due to their small size. Then I think the big ones like the large roo's and turkeys died over a period of time.

That is truly evil. Anyone who has that little regard for animals will be just as dastardly toward other human beings. I've seen it too many times to count. Empathy and compassion have flown the coop, seems to me. Someone who would do such a thing best steer clear of me.
